Loving yourself doesn't always mean going to spend thousands of dollars to spoil yourself. Those are all materialistic things. Sometimes loving yourself is treating your body right, giving it what it needs, like healthy foods. Sure, I love chips and junk food too, not to mention sweets like chocolate, but healthy foods are so much better for your body. Your body needs vitamins, proteins, healthy fats, iron and more. Here are somethings you can eat to keep your body healthy (and you might end up liking these foods as well).
Give your body the healthy snacks it needs. Self love is also self care. Just remember, it is okay to eat a sweet or two as long as you don't over do it. That can cause a stomach ache.
